Classes are taught at my yoga room. Class sizes are a maximum of five people so booking is essential. Classes run on a Monday evening (5.30pm to 7.00pm), Tuesday afternoons (1.00pm to 2.30pm), Wednesday evening (6.00pm to 7.30pm), Thursday evening (6.00pm to 7.30pm), and Friday evening (6.00pm to 7.30pm) – please contact me for details.
Prices for classes
All classes are taught by Rachael.
- £8.00 per drop-in session (in advance bank transfer to guarantee a place or at the first session on a first come, first served basis); contact me to let me know when you wish to attend.
- £30.00 for a block of 4 sessions to be taken over 6 weeks. To redeem a session, contact me before the class you wish to attend.
- £42.00 for a six week course (i.e. 6 sessions in a row)
- Concessions: £6.00 for over 65’s and students with a valid student card (other concessions available – please ask for details)
What to bring and what to wear for classes
For each class you will need a blanket (for relaxation). Yoga is typically carried out barefoot (socks can be very slippy) and in clothes that are easy to move in, such as leggings or exercise wear. It’s also good to bring a bottle of water to keep yourself hydrated.
I am also available for 1:1 sessions
One to one sessions are carried out in my yoga room in Bicester and cost £30 for 1.5 hours (£25 for students/over 65’s). Book and pay for four 1:1 sessions in advance and pay £25 for each class (£20 for students/over 65’s). Sessions are tailored to your requirements. There is no need to bring a mat for these sessions, but please bring a blanket/jumper for relaxation.
