What to bring and what to wear for classes

For each class you will need a yoga mat and a blanket (for relaxation). A small number of yoga mats, blocks, and straps are available to borrow for the class (please let me know if you need these reserved). Yoga is typically carried out barefoot (socks can be very slippy) and in clothes that are easy to move in, such as leggings or exercise wear. It’s also good to bring a bottle of water to keep yourself hydrated.

I am also available for 1:1 sessions

One to one sessions are carried out in my yoga room in Bicester (or in your own home depending on location) and cost £30 for 1.5 hours (£25 for students/over 65’s). Book and pay for four 1:1 sessions in advance and pay £25 for each class (£20 for students/over 65’s). Sessions are tailored to your requirements. There is no need to bring a mat for these sessions, but please bring a blanket/jumper for relaxation.
