What’s happened so far

Thanks for joining me on my first week of blogging! Just in case you’ve missed anything, here’s a quick summary of what’s happened so far over the last nine days!

Fantastic response

Thanks to a fantastic response to the easing stress, anxiety, and depression courses on Monday are fully booked. I will be adding more courses in future so please get in touch if you missed out this time. Try out the Friday class if you would like to find out how wonderful Dru Yoga is stress relief.

Evening sun salutes!

Well it may be dark outside but we were making our own sun this evening with a modified salutation to the sun. This lovely sequence brings vitality and is amazing for the whole body and mind! The class did fantastically – especially being as it was the first sequence for many of them. Thank you for your enthusiasm and smiles – you’re all fabulous! Downward dogs in style

It was so great to see how hard everyone worked tonight at downward dog – quite a tough pose and everyone had a go! We’ve made a very big step towards learning the sun sequence! Thank you to my wonderful class 🙂

There won’t be a class on the 16th of October as I am up at the amazing Dru centre in Snowdonia! Back to normal the following week until Christmas!
