Welcome to RaisinYoga!
I’m Rachael and I’m a friendly, caring, fully qualified and insured Dru Yoga teacher (including kids and teens Dru Yoga) and a fully insured student of Ayurvedic massage.
I offer Dru Yoga classes at Heyford Park Community Centre on a Monday at 10.30pm to 12pm and West Bicester Community Centre on a Friday at 6.30pm to 8.00pm. I can also provide 1:1 sessions in your own home if required. I offer free work for charities and volunteer on a Wednesday at the amazing Hummingbird Centre in Launton. I am fully qualified to teach Dru Yoga to kids and teens – so do get in touch if you would like your children to learn an empowering and relaxing form of mindfulness and movement.
Dru is a beautiful and unique form of yoga which has its foundations set firmly in ancient yogic tradition. The emphasis on soft, flowing movements, means that Dru Yoga can help increase energy levels, ease back pain, and wash away stress. Designed to be practised by people of all abilities, fitness levels and age groups, Dru is a style of yoga that can be quickly dipped into or learnt in more depth over a lifetime. From personal experience I can say that, at its most simple, Dru Yoga helps relieve the pressures of modern living.
Dru Yoga changed my life and my story was published in Om Yoga magazine in December 2015. I am very passionate about sharing Dru Yoga with as many people as possible.
I currently offer Ayurvedic full body, head, and face massages at a heavily discounted price while I am training. Ayurvedic Massage involves a consultation to discover your constitution type (or dosha). Finding your unique doshic type allows me to select warm oils to promote health and vibrance. The massages are very relaxing while being rejuvenating at the same time.
Please contact me for further details about Dru Yoga or Ayurvedic Massage.
